About artist
Viacheslav Nitrutsa, singer, author and performer, was born in Vinnychyna, Ukraine, in a musically talented family where they sang folk songs, carols and opera arias. After moving to Kyiv, he became a member of the ensemble "Gypsy Chants" under the leadership of Honored Artist of Ukraine Petro Chornyi. In Kyiv, he founded the recording studio BARVA RECORDS, as well as the vocal studio BARVA. He participated in the organization of many festivals and television shows. After the full-scale russian invasion, he left for Canada. He currently lives in Montreal, where he actively participates in the life of the Ukrainian community. Viacheslav Nitrutsa was also a participant and prize winner of many Ukrainian and international festivals and he is an Honored Pop Art Artist of Ukraine.
