Vendor FAQ

Confirmation

Notice of acceptance will be emailed to successful applicants. (Please allow an appropriate time for your application to be reviewed.)  If accepted, vendors will be sent a registration form which must be returned with full payment by July 26. Late payment will not be accepted and will result in disqualification. Spots will be assigned on a “first paid, first served” basis, and solely at the discretion of the Festival Committee.

Please note:  Previous participation as a vendor does not ensure confirmation for 2025. The Festival Committee strives to feature a well-balanced selection of vendors and has the right to review and refuse any applicant.
