Vira Prut is a 29-year-old singer originally from Ukraine. For the last decade, she has been living in Toronto. She sang in various festivals in Ukraine and won many singing competitions. Vira graduated from a music school in Ukraine, where she sang in the choir and played saxophone in the school orchestra. She was also a member of a well-known Ukrainian singing school named Apelsin and attended a dancing school named Peremoga, where she had the chance to travel all over the world. Her favourite song composer is Volodymyr Ivasyuk. In Canada, Vira participated in Vyshyvanka Day and was a finalist in the Miss Ukrainian Canada competition. Vira will be singing to celebrate the strength of fellow Ukrainians who are bravely fighting right now.
