Trio Lira from Toronto has been sharing the beauty of Ukrainian music through folk, patriotic and contemporary songs for many years. Their heartfelt harmonies and deep love for our culture has brought them to many stages across the community in Ontario. Over the past few years they took part in two online
music competitions in which they received the Grand Prize in 2023 and also performed at Zoomer Television studios in 2024. Through music, Roma, Vera & Ivanka aim to preserve and promote the Ukrainian identity, language, and pride—especially in times when voices matter most. Over their 12 years together, the Trio has recorded two full length CDs which are streaming online. The highlight of every year has been performing at the Toronto Ukrainian Festival and they are honoured to perform for you !
