About artist
Dasha Dars is a young singer-songwriter who produces music in different languages. While she was born in Great Britain, Dasha spent her childhood in Ukraine and loves to travel. Although Canada has become her new home, Ukraine will forever be in her heart, her mind and her creative work. From a young age, she played piano, enjoyed vocal lessons, loved performing and played main roles in theatre productions in Toronto. She has always had a passion for languages and different cultures. Considering Ukrainian and English as mother tongues, she learnt French from a young age and is currently learning German. At the moment, Dasha studies psychology and linguistics at University of Toronto, while continuing her studies in music and teaching piano to her students. Dasha Dars is a dreamer which is strongly reflected in her songs.
