Sofia and Bogdan Sivkov are passionate performers of traditional Ukrainian wind instruments, including the sopilka, sopilka alt, dvodentsivka, telynka, and ocarina. Their artistry is guided by renowned musicians Ruslan Kubovych (Toronto) and Maksym Berezhniuk (Kyiv) and reflects a deep commitment to preserving and sharing Ukraine’s musical heritage. Since 2018, the duo has performed at festivals, musical competitions, concerts, and charity events, captivating audiences with their technical mastery and expressive performances that celebrate the soul of Ukrainian folk music.
