Dasha Dars is a young singer-songwriter who produces music in different languages. She was born in Great Britain, spent her childhood in Ukraine, and loves to travel. Although Canada has become her new home, Ukraine will forever be in her heart, mind, and in her creative work.
From a young age, Daria surrounded herself in the field of music, played piano, enjoyed vocal lessons, loved performing, and played main roles in theatre productions. She has always had a passion for languages and different cultures and considers Ukrainian and English as her mother-tongue languages, while she also learned French from a young age. This can explain her passion for writing songs in different languages, creating with ease her unique style in music. She is a graduate of University of Toronto in psychology and linguistics fields, while continuing her studies in music and teaching piano to her students.
