Anna Dzialak-Savytska & Jakub Dzialak are Innovation Duo. A permanent violin duo remains a rarity in the world of chamber music. For more than twenty years, Innovation Duo has explored the unique possibilities of two violins, combining the richness of chamber music with the individuality of two soloists. Anna Dzialak-Savytska and Jakub Dzialak studied in Austria and Switzerland with Dora Schwarzberg, Rudolf Koelman and Igor Ozim, and further developed their artistry with distinguished musicians including Wen-Sinn Yang, Ana Chumachenco, Ivan Klánský, Werner Bärtschi, Menachem Pressler and Vladimir Spivakov. Innovation Duo is the recipient of the Thessaloniki Chamber Music Prize (2004, 2006, 2010), the Stravinsky Prize (2007), and the Geraldine Whittaker Prize (2010). As soloists and chamber musicians, they have performed with orchestras in Europe, Latin America and Cuba. Since 2004, the duo has represented Switzerland in 33 countries, appearing at numerous international music festivals. Their repertoire ranges from classical masterpieces for two violins to contemporary music, with a particular focus on collaborations with leading Ukrainian composers. Several composers from Europe and Latin America have dedicated works to Innovation Duo. Alongside an active concert career, the duo is deeply committed to music education. Since 2009, they have directed the Dzialak Music Academy in Switzerland, sharing their experience and passion for music with young musicians. Innovation Duo is known for creating an intimate concert atmosphere, combining warmth, artistic depth and expressive performances that resonate equally in chamber venues and large concert halls.
